The staff was polite. The location is great (near public transportation). Breakfast had a big variety of food and fast wi-fi.
They asked me for a 2 or 3 EUR minimum consumption to use a fork or microwave. The cleaner would talk on the phone while cleaning. At 10 AM, the cleaner was already waiting for us under our door (checkout was at 11 AM).

The staff were lovely and friendly. the bathrooms was really clean. I appreciate that. it was good.
I had to carry my big suitcase up two flights of stairs. That was annoying. the luggage storage after check out costed 5 eur. That's inflexible. i was surprised about these costs.

the staff was very attentive and helpful. they always responded quickly to my questions. my room was very clean. the facilities were well kept, and i really appreciated the access code system for secure entry.
The capsule size felt a little smaller than expected from the photos. it was manageable for my short stay.

Staff members offered drinks. They also allowed luggage storage after checkout for a fee. the staff, especially one named maazza, provided excellent service. they were approachable and helpful.

the hotel offered a breakfast buffet for a fee. i found it convenient that i could eat my own food in the dining area if i purchased a drink. the hotel bar was cozy and inviting.

The bathrooms were well kept and clean. the hotel provided code access to enter and exit the premises. i liked the sparkly clean bathrooms. They even had nice music.

The capsule had space for some luggage. That's great. the capsules had comfortable beds, and the overall structure felt cute. i thought the floral and antique decor added to the ambiance. everything was above my expectations, though!
